Gray Cloud

Our web NLB servers running fine .... the W3Process goes high and locks the
applications adn the website crashes and we then end task this process and
all goes well.

How can I configure MOM to notify me of this via email??? Is there way to
config this that if this process reaches to a certain threshold it resets
itself before it crashes???

Advise Please.
