Re: using external email from website to send external mail

i have try to setup my smtp to receive external email but was unable to do it
(so i am still using POP to do that)

do i need to have equal passwords in my domain and on my webmail to receive
mail in smtp?...

but i already am able to send email by one off my external acounts...

my only prob is that i have 2 external accounts for each user and in
exchange i cant chose witch acount i am going to use to send my mail out , i
can creat more acounts but exchange only uses the one i set has primary in
the user, except for that part where i give the domains for each acount. (i
realy cant see the use off that ).....

if i am going to use outlook to do that i rather setup my other external
account directly on outlook and set it only to send mail...

No. There will be no mailboxes (or accounts for mailboxes) set up anywhere
but in Exchange. The ISP won't be involved in your email at all.

See www.ivasoft.biz and look at choosefrom if this is a real need.

Don't mix and match account types (Exchange & internet mail) in Outlook. It
will cause problems.

Holy crap, I really need to read the handles better. I swear to God I
read the reply too quickly and seeing LANWENCH at the top of the thread
thought that THAT was my mistake rather than LANWRENCH.

So, the the LAN...WENCH...my sincerest, and humblest apologies for not
paying attention and letting my sleep deprived brain interpret what it
THOUGHT it saw.
