Gray Cloud

I am using Integration Manager to integrate web orders to GP. When new
customers are created, I create the import files and then run IM. When
running IM for web orders, the window says that 'Account is empty.' and the
integration fails. Any ideas on this one? The customer integrates
correctly, but the web order and items do not.

Could be because you did not setup the Order Distribution paramters on IM
Integration correctly? Checking the Integration Distribution settings for the
Order may shed some light.

Just a wild guess.
